I have a total of 4 1099-R and how do I add the other 3?

Enter your retirement income that's on a 1099-R in the Retirement Plans of Wages and Income in TurboTax.

 

Review the TurboTax articles Where do I enter my 1099-R? for specific instructions.

 

 

Select Add another1099-R to add multiple 1099-Rs.

    When you complete the entry of the first Form 1099-R and go through all screens asking questions pertaining to the 1099-R you entered, you will land on the screen Here's your 1099-R info.  Click on the button labeled Add another 1099-R
