I missed an RMD on one traditional and one roth IRA. How do I fill out form 5329 in Turbortax to report the missed RMD?

After you enter the 1099R, there'll be followup questions asking you about your Required Minimum Distributions. There will be a screen asking what your required minimum distribution amount due this year. Then the next screen will ask How much of this Distribution was applied to your December 31, 2024,RMD. Here you will check, none of this applied to the RMD.
