I am in the review process. I have no clue what they are referring to. They have all my past tax forms...

State Tax Refund Worksheet: Item Q line 2 refers to the amount of state and local personal property taxes deducted in 2021.

For most people this would be zero. If you itemized your tax deductions in 2021, check your Schedule A, line 5c. That is the number you are looking for. If you did not itemize in 2021, just enter 0.

This worksheet is to figure out the amount of your 2021 state tax refund that is taxable on your 2022 tax return. That's why it is asking for 2021 figures.
