My 1099-K form doesn't have information in boxes 7 or 8, they are blank. I cannot proceed without filling these in, what do I do?

I sold personal items (ticket resale) for no gain or a loss, while this amount was less than the threshold for 2024 I understand it needs to be filed. My 1099-K form that I received is missing information for boxes 7 and 8, but has 6 filled in. Turbotax keeps asking me to review the entries to proceed, what should I do?

You are reporting an IRS form 1099-B and personal item sales and reporting that all of the items were sold at a loss or had no gain.

Consider removing the IRS form 1099-B and re-entering as Other at the screen Which type of income is your 1099-K for?

At the screen Let's get the info from your 1099-K, select This amount in box 1a is too high or includes some personal transactions. Enter the amount in box 1a.

The amount is reported at the top of Schedule 1.
