    You don't need that if you are in the correct section. 

    (it sounds like maybe you are not in the correct entry screen)

     

    Delete that 1099-R if needed

    go to 

    Wages & Income

    Retirement Plans and Social Security

    Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099)
