Question

Oregon gives 1099-MISC not 1099-G for paid family leave. I don't know how to answer question in Turbotax. It asks for 1099-G and No option/answer is correct.

How do I answer this screen? I already typed in the 1099-MISC. Some of the leave is from unemployment office but then it is medical leave. Is that the same as unemployment for tax purposes?

No, Oregon is issuing 1099-MISC for the Paid Family Leave.  Oregon will issue a 1099-G for Unemployment.
