Taking RMD from another IRA account, how to enter in tax form?

I have 2 IRA account. Took RMD for both from one account, and not the other.

    Place the total required RMD on both 1099-R postings.

    • On the one that covered the total RMD indicate the amount of the RMD.
      • The entire distribution applied to the December 31, 20XX RMD
      • Some of this distribution applied to the December 31, 20XX RMD
    • On the second, when the RMD question comes up, 
      • None of this distribution applied to the December 31, 20XX RMD
