Question

The letter from the Social Security Administration doesn’t include the TIN number. Does anyone know what that might be?

She lost their original 1099 so she needed to go to the Social Security Administration and request it, but the one that was sent does not have the TIN on it

There is no Payer ID for a SSA1099.  You are trying to enter it in the wrong place.

 

 

 Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security  (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.
