Question

TT requests Employee Contributions amt in Bx 3 of my RRB 1099R & for a plan cost at annuity starting date. I'm a spouse beneficiary, that bx is empty on 1099R. Skip?

Shoud I use the EC amount from my wife's 1099-R? Where would I get the plan cost at start date info?

No. Report only what is on the 1099, do not add amounts. Did you indicate you are a spouse beneficiary?

Thank you so much for the reply.  Yes, I marked the line that I am a spouse beneficiary.  So, can I ignore TT's request for employee contributions and plan cost at start?  Could there be a bug in the program?
