Why am I having to pay tax on an IRA distribution when it was post tax funds to a money manager who deposited it to a Roth and it was never a withdrawl, transitional IRA

How do you reflect that a IRA withdrawl was from a 'transitional IRA' where funds were deposited to a ROTH?

    If you do not enter the information in TurboTax correctly, it will be taxable income.  This sounds like a backdoor Roth- please review How do I enter a backdoor Roth IRA conversion? and let us know if you have any additional questions.
