If I hired a plumber to set up a sinks/hook up couple things for my business do I need to issued them a 1099? The plumber that helped me also helped me set up/connect my equipment in the building that i'm leasing/renting. This is a small plumbing business, the owner was the person that helped me with the job. The job was more than $600. Please advice. thank you
