1099-INT from California franchise tax board

please help! I have 1099-INT from California Franchise Tax Board and i don't know how to input it in turbotax! 

I only have "box 1 INTEREST INCOME" $38 that's it! But turbotax is asking  for "Box 3 - Interest on U.S. Savings Bonds and Treas. obligations" I don't have that box on my 1099-int! what do i do? put zero?

If box 3 is blank, you can leave it empty in TurboTax.  You will enter the amount listed in box one and click continue.  Please respond to this thread if you enter the 1099-INT and have additional questions.
