I work for a non-profit organization but I am paid by the hour. The Non profit sent me a 1099-NEC but I do not have a business nor am i self employed. How can I make Turbo Tax list this correctly? I have no business expenses and nothing business related.

Sorry---but since the non-profit is paying you without withholding any Social Security, Medicare or federal/state tax, the IRS considers you to be an independent contractor. As such, you are subject to self-employment tax for Social Security and Medicare. If you have no expenses to enter then you just do not prepare a Schedule C.
