1099 NEC; Do I have to file a1099 NEC if the individual who completed work on my home was contracted through Home Depot?

As a homeowner you do not give a Form 1099-NEC to anyone who provides a service on your home.

    As Champ DoninGA stated above, No,.  Also, the service provider is a contract employee (independent contractor) of Home Depot (not you).
