I have a 1099 NEC from work I do with OID can I amend my tax return and how do I enter the form

It depends. The Form 1099-NEC should be entered using the steps in the link below. Depending on what OID is exactly, you may need to pay self employment taxes as an independent income earner. Please update if you have additional information to share.

Sub-contractors paid on form 1099-NEC are indeed considered self-employed. So you will follow the steps that @DianeW777 outlined above in order to enter your 1099-NEC in TurboTax.
