A subcontractor has, out of convenience, picked up supplies for MY business for which I reimburse him with separate checks. Are those cost to be included on a 1099-NEC?
Yes, you would include them on his 1099-NEC and he would then deduct them as expenses. Be sure you do not deduct the supplies twice, meaning once as contractor payments and then a second time as supplies. You cannot take two deductions for one item.
