No. Your deduction for actual vehicle expenses is limited to the business use percentage of the vehicle which is based on the miles driven for Lyft. If you didn't have any income, you didn't have any business miles. So the business use of your vehicle is zero therefore zero percent of the actual vehicle expenses will be zero deductions.
