Anyone know the difference between a 1099-G and a 1099-MISC and how to use them?

Well I only have the 1099-MISC that I received in the mail. I never received a 1099-G this year but I see I have one in my profile from 2022.

Why did you get the 1099Misc? A 1099G can be for lots of things. Common ones are for Unemployment and a state tax refund you got in 2023.
