Question

Box 1 and 2 seem to be missing on the 1099-MISC entry form. How is this entered?

The income on my 1099-MISC is specifically royalties.  No entries are in box 3.

I'm not sure where you're trying to post it.

 

  1. Start at Wages & Income
  2. Scroll down to Other common Income.
  3. On the Drop-down select Form 1099-MISC
  4. Continue through the interview.
  5. The required boxes are included.
