No, for tax year 2021, you can't use form 1099-MISC if you're supposed to use Form 1099-NEC. Prior to tax year 2020, yes, you could have reported nonemployee compensation on Form 1099-MISC however, now, businesses must separately report nonemployee compensation on Form 1099-NEC.
