Can anyone tell What is the penalty for not filling 1099 NEC , I didn’t submit mine

If you filed without including your 1099NEC you need to amend your return after it has been fully processed.

The Form 1040X will become available by mid-March.   Wait for the 1040X and amend.  Post back if you need help with amending.

@user849100289 - That depends on your total tax return information and your tax rate.  You can amend your 2021 tax return to now include this Form 1099 and the expenses associated with it.  TurboTax allows you to amend Free and e-file it.  However, the IRS is not accepting amended returns for 2021 yet.  March 31 is the date when you can submit your amended return.

Follow these steps to amend:
