Yes. The desktop (installed) versions contain all of the forms.

Yes. TurboTax Home and Business is better designed for Sole Proprietor income, but you can do the return using TurboTax Deluxe (Desktop version). If using Online software, TurboTax Self-Employed is necessary in order to file any self employment return that contains expense deductions to self-employment income.
