Can/how do I claim a per diem rate for meals on business travel as a sole proprietor and what is the rate?

I have 29 travel days in 2021 and I want to claim the per diem rate for meals but I don't see that option in the turbotax software. it only asks for itemized meals.

Here is a link to the GSA website. Enter the city and state and the year 2021 to find the per diem rate for your business travels.
