Last year I paid rent to have an office and do my consulting work. Where do I report it?

Yes, you can deduct office rent for you business if you were self-employed. You would enter it in the expense section for your business. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click on "Less Common" to expand the list of expenses. Select "Building or Land Rental" and enter your rent expense.
