I pay a monthly membership Direct Primary Care (DPC) can I write this off for medical care/coverage?

What you describe would be an allowable medical expense deduction, but it may not benefit you on your tax return. To be beneficial, the total of your medical expenses need to be more than 7.5% of your adjusted gross income to be deductible and you need to be able to benefit from itemizing your deductions for it to benefit you. You can enter the premiums in the Medical section in TurboTax, which is in the Deductions section, and then Medical Expenses in case it will benefit you.
