On Sch C Business deductions can you combine airfare together for multiple trips or do they have to be listed separately - a well as combining total of other expenses (hotel, car rentals Uber trips etc)?

You can combine airfare for multiple trips as long as they qualify as business trips.

You can also list all hotels as one expense, car rentals as their own expense and Uber as its own expense, totaling each one in its own category and entering one lump sum. You do not need to enter each individual expense. However, you should keep records of all of these expenses as proof of how you came up with your numbers.
