cost of goods form on schedule c

I do not have any cost of goods sold so page 2 of Schedule c is blank - do I need to include this with the 1040 form.  I have no inventory either.

Even if you have no inventory and no calculation of Cost of Goods sold, you must include the second page of Schedule C in your tax return (even if that page is blank). This is in the case you mail in your tax return.

 

If you e-file, the full Schedule C is included.
