Could I claim my ex-wife as a dependent

We recently divorced.  I support her financially 100%.  She does not work or earn any income.  We have two houses and live separately.  She does not file taxes.  We share parenting of three children evenly.

I will claim all three children as dependents.

Could I claim my ex-wife as a dependent?

Would I be able to claim Head of Household?

thank you

No, typically a person, other than a child, must live with you the entire year to be claimed as your dependent.

There are other tests that must be met as well.

To claim head of household filing status there are requirements to be met.
