Do car parts count as assets over 200 for self employed driving?

Had to make multiple repairs on my work vehicles adding to probably around $600 and didn't know where or if to aff it.

    No, vehicle repairs don't get entered in the asset section. ‌Rather, they go with your business vehicle expense.

     

    Here's how to do this in TurboTax Online:

     

    • Navigate to Federal > Wages & Income > Self-employment income and expenses
    • Edit the business 
    • In the Expense section, locate "vehicle" in your list of expenses, choose the pencil icon to edit
    • Continue through the interview, and choose "actual expenses" when the option appears.
    • Enter the cost in the box for Repairs/Maintenance on the screen "Let's get your actual expenses"
