Do I have to have the 1099-Misc under other common income And Self employed?... I want to make sure it DOESN'T count TWICE as it is only one thing.

I received this 1099-Misc from a company. The company is NOT mine.

You will only enter it once. It will either be under the Self Employed Section or under Other Common Income but you will not report the same income twice. Depending on why you received the Form 1099-MISC will determine which section it should be posted under since both are treated a different way. If you received Form 1099-MISC for a work you did you may have to enter it under Self Employment Section since you are required to pay Self-Employment Tax on it. If the Form 1099-MISC is for example for a Prize then it will be reported under Other Common Income since its not subject to Self Employment Tax.
