Do i have to purchase Premium to enter self-employment expenses?

My online Turbotax seems to be in a perpetual loop...not allowing me to enter my meager self-employment expenses after I decline the upgrade to Turbotax Premium

Yes.

 

You'll need to upgrade to TurboTax Premium to enter self-employed expenses
