Do I need to report a 1099-B and 1099-MISC if the amount is only 45 dollars or less?

Yes, if you are filing a tax return, you must include all of your income regardless of how much or little it is. 

 

If this is your only income, you would not need to file a return to report just this income as your total income would be well below the standard deduction.
