Do I purchase Turbotax home and business for help submitting quarterly taxes for the first time as a sole proprietorship LCC?

Hello @KB108!

You don't need TurboTax Home and Business for help filing the quarterly taxes. You can do that directly with the IRS a couple ways. One is to send in a paper Form 1040-ES with a check payment. The other is to pay online directly at irs.gov/payments.

If you need help calculating how much to pay, our Tax Caster is a helpful tool for that! (Even though it's set up for 2022, it should get you pretty close to your number for 2023).

When it comes to filing the 2023 tax returns, you'll want TurboTax Home & Business if you use our desktop software. In our online software, it's called Premium, which you can do completely on your own, with Live Assistance or with Live Full Service.
