Question

Followed instructions to fill out 1099-misc (from brokerage firm), but smart review is prompting to input address. Do I use the brokerage address?

When inputting 1099-misc data, it did not ask for an address. The "errors" occur when I ran the smart review which prompted the address (including city, zip, etc.)

Yes, you would use the brokerage address in the 1099-MISC, which should clear the review. It's not really necessary, however best to enter the requested data to you can e-file.
