Question

For form 1099-NEC do I divide the amount 50/50 between me and my spouse we both own the Business 50/50 and got form 1099-NEC with our Business EIN?

If you are filing a business return, or if you're filling a Schedule C jointly, you do not have to separate anything.  However, if you're filing Married Filling Separate, and filing schedule C's you will have to make that split.
