For Special Depreciation Allowance Deduction on items, do I list a dollar amount or percentage? Can I leave it blank?

I have a photography business, and have been asked to fill this out "asset entry worksheet".

This question usually relates to an item that you purchased in a prior year. TurboTax is asking if you took the Special Depreciation Allowance Deduction in the first year. You'll need to refer to your tax records to answer this. If you did take Special Depreciation, you would enter a dollar amount in the box. If you didn't take Special Depreciation, leave it blank.
