FTB 3912 Letter
Hello, This question isn't necessarily self employed based. I received a letter from FTB (3912) letting me know about the active representation I have on file. The letter basically is telling me that they see this and want me to verify the POA. The letter states that if the information is true, I do nothing. My concern is if this means they are going to audit me. I never have received a letter like this before. I have had audit protection from Turbo Tax for a number of years.
Does this mean I am in line for an audit?
