Has anyone had luck entering 1099-misc form for radio prize winnings? the form keeps bumping me to self employment salary only.

There doesn't seem to be a way to enter prize winnings in the 1099-misc form.

The income should be in Box 3

You then are asked to enter a description

The next screen is titled "Does one of these uncommon situations apply?"

Select the radio button for "This was prize winnings" and continue.
