My wiife has insurance through the marketplace. If we enter the information on the 1095-A, do we also include the premium amount in Medical expenses, or will that duplicate the expense?

You can count your out-of-pocket premiums (premiums less advance premium credits) as Medical expenses. These out-of-pocket premiums must be adjusted by the advance premium payback or premium tax credit at tax time (from form 8962).
