I haven't filed in years. plus on top of all that I never received my tax returns from multiple jobs to file what do I need to do to get my return and file

You need to contact your employers to get forms W2 that you would use to file your tax return for 2019. If you have trouble getting information from your employers you can get a wage and income transcript from the IRS using this link. Be advised the transcripts will not have any state information on them. Only copies from your employers will have that information for state tax returns, if applicable.

Once you have your income information you can go here to start a tax return. Click the "start for free" button at top right.
