How can I do my taxes if companies have not sent me their 1099-NEC?

    Well----they have until January 31 -- so you still have some time.   If you have accurate records of how much you made from self-employment you can start entering self-employment income.  But if you know they will issue 1099NEC's then it would be better to wait a few more days.
