How can I tell if the return I filed correctly indicates that I am responsible for 100% of SE tax? (I am a non-clergy religious worker and pay ALL of the SE tax.)

No SS wages or Medicare wages were reported, and no tax withheld for them.  Boxes 3,4,5

2021 SE max is $8,853.60 on $142,800 of wages.

SE tax is on the 1040 Schedule 2 line 4 which goes to 1040 line 23.

Before filing,  You can preview the 1040 or print the whole return

First go to How do I preview my TurboTax Online return before filing?.

Check Line 23 on your 1040 to see if the self-employment tax is there.
