IRS forms 1099-R and 1099-MISC can report many kinds of incomes so a Review error could be generated for many different reasons.

 

What is the error message that you are seeing?  Please clarify.

 

In some cases, simply deleting the form (click the trashcan to the right under the Summary screen) and re-entering or entering by hand will correct problems.

 

To add another form, click Add another 1099-xx at the Summary screen for the form.
