How do I create a 1099-misc?

I started managing an Airbnb for my brother in law. I think I need to give him a 1099-MISC. How do I create this?

If you were performing work FOR your brother in law why do you think you need to give him a 1099Misc?    If anything it  would be the other way around.   He could issue a 1099NEC or 1099Misc to YOU.
