How do i enter in my 1099 misc form for the middle class stimulus?

TurboTax is working on that and promises a fix by Jan 27. 

This is federally taxable if your income is high enough, but not to California state taxes. California did not state this is a refund of taxes paid rather a extra check to help with fuel, etc. The amount should be listed in Box 3.

• Go to income or personal income in your return
• I'll choose what to work on select continue
• Go to "Other Common Income" and you will see 1099-MISC
• select start, and enter the information

For CA taxes enter into your state return and click on the Start button that is circled in the image below to enter payment.
