How do I file a 1099-misc fromThe Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians?

I am a Cherokee-Indian and I received percap and taxes were taken out how would I file my 1099-misc

Report the IRS Form 1099-MISC with box 3 Other Income as follows:

 

  • Enter '1099-misc' in the Search magnifying glass in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
  • Click on 'Jump to 1099-misc'.
  • Report the income in box 3.
  • Make sure you describe the income as the IRS prescribes here.
