How do I file a 1099-NEC with the wrong income amount?

I received a 1099-NEC with the wrong income amount and have not received a corrected 1099-NEC. what do I do?

Why is it wrong? Is it too much or small? There are a couple ways. You don't need to enter the actual 1099NEC . I would just enter your total income as Other self employment income or as Cash or General income. You don't need to get a 1099NEC or 1099Misc or 1099K. Even if you did you can enter all your income as Cash. Only the total goes to schedule C.

Or if it is too much enter the full amount as income and enter the difference as other expense.
