Question

How do I file my 1099-NEC? I am only seeing options for 1099-MISC or 1099-R

In TurboTax online and in TurboTax CD/download you should see references to 1099-NEC.  In TurboTax online, a 1099-NEC is reported in the sub-heading Other Common Income.  Click on Income & Expenses and scroll down the screen to Other Common Income.  You might have to click on the Show More drop down arrow to reveal additional options.

In TurboTax CD/download, from the Wages & Income screen, scroll down the screen to the sub-heading 1099-Misc and Other Common Income.  In that sub-heading section you will see a category for 1099-NEC.

As you enter your 1099-NEC, you will generate a Schedule C Profit or Loss From Business form.  The TurboTax application will characterize your 1099-NEC as income from self-employment.  Depending on whether you have a profit, you may also generate a Schedule SE, which is your self-employment tax form.
