In TurboTax Online Premium - When you sign in, you land on the Tax Home page. Scroll down to Your Account, expand that section, and choose Create W-2s and 1099s.
In TurboTax Desktop Home & Business - With your return open, click on File at the top, then choose Create 1099/W-2.
You will be taken to Quick Employer Forms to prepare and e-file employee W-2s and contractor 1099s.
The expense gets entered under Contract Labor in Other Common Business Expenses.
