How do you file 1099-NEC from CT Hero pay?

The CT heroes pay is taxable income.  Enter the form 1099-NEC as follows.

 

Wages & income>Less common income>Miscellaneous Income>Other reportable income  

 

For the description enter "CT Heroes Pay 1099".  This will put the income on Schedule 1 line 8 as other income and not create a Schedule C for self-employment.
